I cannot see my depth cameras in the VolCapp Dashboard dropdown

  • Check for possible errors listed in this article.

3D Viewer

I can see the depth cameras are connected, but it doesn’t show anything in the 2D or 3D window.

  • If you are connected to the Client/Server Network, and you cannot see the Client’s 2D or 3D view, you should first open the Calibration section on Server computer (this initiates the master camera to start), and then open the Calibration section on Client computer. Master camera has to start first and only then you can see the other (slave) cameras view.

  • If you are not connected to the Client/Server Network, make sure that Pointcloud Filters are disabled.

  • Also, make sure that Bounding Box is disabled.

If you checked and fixed everything on the list, you should now be able to see the your 2D and 3D view in the Calibration section.

If it’s still not working, please contact our support team so we could fix this as soon as possible.
