Sometimes you may have uploading or preview issues on our platform. Usually, this can be quite easily fixed.

Make sure you are using the Google Chrome browser. You can download it here.

Cache

If you have issues with the Platform – viewing or uploading the volumetric videos and 3D models, try to clear your browser’s cache:

  • Open the browser’s settings (top right corner of your browser).
  • Scroll down and click Advanced
  • Click “Clear Browsing Data
  • Check the box “Cached images and files
  • Click the “Clear Data” button

File too big

In this case, actually, there’s not much to do except:

  • Going back to EF EVEā„¢ Creator and exporting the file again
  • Use a bigger percentage of Pointcloud Decimation / Mesh Decimation.
  • Also, you can try trimming less Frames, lower FPS or lower Resolution.
  • Try to upload to the Platform again.

If you did all the steps above, you should be able to upload your files to the platform.
